The decor was very elegant, very clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. We did not have time to use the pool but I would have stayed in the pool if we had time—looked beautiful. Staff service was above and beyond. They helped us with our baggge when we were distributing our stuff in our check in baggage.

Friendly and helpful staff, neat and clean throughout. FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS Season decorations. Pool area designed for different swimming abilities with services available to complete the experience 😀

The staff are very accommodating and attentive to details. I mentioned to them that we're coming for a staycation when they asked if we need shuttle service from the airport and that there's no need for it since we're from Naga. I was happy to find a slice of cake with a birthday greeting when we entered our room upon check-in. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness!

Excellent food ~ both the breakfast buffet which had a large array of local as well as continental dishes. The restaurants also served very good food (a wide selection, especially of local specialties). The staff were all so energetic and accommodating: airport shuttle driver, front desk, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and even the Business center which I ended up using for 2 days of my stay. The cleaning staff always left the room fresh and like the first day we arrived. Loved the built in hairdryer!

I like our spacious room. It was almost perfect if only the Comfort Room was spacious enough and new. It was clean actually but it was very obvious that Comfort Room is already old and has lots of stain. We love the breakfast! There were food that can only be found in Bicol those that were wrapped with banana leaves. All in all it was such a good experience!

I liked the accessibility of the hotel, the welcoming & helpful staffs, the Spa and the very clean, fragrant room. RJ’s buffet offered good food. The hotel ambiance is very nice.
